Rooms are great. Beds very comfortable. Very clean. Updated. Outside the pool was clean and a good amount of seating. Elevators definitely need help. Location to Busch Gardens is great. Literally across the street. Enjoyed fireworks from the parking lot. It was especially hot when we visited but the ac was good. Neighborhood is just fine. Police and city offices next door with lots of greenery. Just needs some fresh paint around corridors. We did the suite which was two adjoining rooms so we had two full bathrooms. Really enjoyed our stay.

Location: convenient. It's across from an Olive Garden and a few minutes away from Busch Gardens. Parking: plenty of free parking, easy to access. They have a vending machine with snacks and drinks available. The grounds are relatively well-kept and there is a nice looking outdoor pool. Room: the room was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. There were clean towels and 2 small soaps available. There was a reclining chair. Wi-Fi is free and the TV offers vcast so you can watch whatever you want by casting from your phone (easy to connect). They offer free breakfast from 0700-1000h. The staff makes all the difference. The lady who signed me in is friendly, professional, and helpful. She was also efficient. She got me signed in and set up in no time. They have a coffee machine in the lobby. She offered me coffee whenever I want some. It was very good coffee.

The room was very tidy. The cost of the room is reasonably priced for the location and surrounding area. I'd consider another stay. The staff is very courteous.

The location to the front gates of Busch Gardens is ideal. Less than a mile away. Walkable by day and a 10 dollar Uber ride by night. Surrounded by fast food and a liquor store adjacent to the back parking lot. Pool was clean and nice. Rooms are under renovation to be completed in the next few months. The manager Shaquonda was terrific. The included breakfast was open till 10am clean and well stocked.

Great location - we stayed at LA Quinta overnight as a base in between days at Busch Gardens. The room was smart and clean. The breakfast was fantastic- really excellent considering the price of the stay.

The bed was super comfy and the room was very quiet.The location was amazing only a 10 minute walk to Busch Gardens.The breakfast was great with a good selection of different cereals.There were lots of places to eat within walking distance.

A couple of minor issues ptomptly resolved by staff who were very helpful and pleasant The rooms were of very high standard and extremely comfortable the blackout blinds on windows were very effective. Breakfast was adequate and plentifull. Would definately stay again as it was close to theme park 25 minute walk around perimiter.

The location was close to Bush Gardens, the staff were very pleasant & helpful. Wifi & the room were ok.

I love the location of this property. It was very nice and clean. And that’s nice they severed breakfast in the morning.
